We developed the positioning of the hydraulic components and their supports and rigid and flexible hydraulic pipes according to the guidelines of the hydraulic diagram in connection to the driveline and engine chosen by the customer. In addition to the development of the manifolds and hydraulic manifolds accompanied by appropriate fluxing calculations and the finite elements.

 

All was carried out in accordance with the series assembly operations of the customer and in compliance with the CAD specifications. 

We then prepared the construction drawings of each component and the assembly groups according to the drawing specifications of the customer and in the CAD format used by the customer. We have followed the evolution of the project since 1997 by developing new versions, new variants and developing the adaptations necessary for installation of new emission-compliant engines.
